Shipping policy

We currently deliver within Nigeria only.

Order processing: orders are prepared for dispatch within 5 to 8 working days of payment. We process orders Monday to Friday, with a daily cut-off of 12am (midnight). Orders placed after the cut-off, or at weekends and public holidays, begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery: after dispatch, we deliver every day. Delivery takes 3 to 5 days within Lagos and 5 to 8 days outside Lagos. These are estimates and may be affected by courier delays.

Delivery fees: based on order weight and shown at checkout before you pay. Within Lagos: from ₦5,300 to ₦8,500. Outside Lagos: from ₦9,400 to ₦12,800.

Address accuracy: please check your delivery address and phone number. Our delivery team makes two delivery attempts. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
